FAQ Phone

Should I set up a Voice Greeting?
Yes, setting up a greeting will encourage more people to leave you a message. If your greeting is not recorded, you could miss out on finding that special someone! Remember, you can tell a lot about a person by their voice.

I just hung up after I recorded my message, will that go through?
No, it is very important that you always remember to press the star (*) key and then 3 to save your message. This applies both when responding to an ad or when creating a greeting for your own VMB. If you do not, your message will not be stored.

How much does it cost?
When you call one of the 190 numbers it will cost you between $2.50 and $2.95 for every minute you spend on the phone, higher from mobile and pay phones.
